We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Attractions team at Vouch. You’ll be part of a growing and dynamic team delivering intuitive digital solutions to enhance the user experience for Attractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting compelling user experiences using our platform
  • Liaising with customers to push digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects from conception to launch
  • Executing, documenting, and improving internal processes
  • Tracking and analysing success metrics to drive product development

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, but it’s a bonus if you have:

  • A degree in a relevant field 
  • Specific skillsets (e.g. UI/UX Design, Data Analysis) to bring to the table

We’re looking for someone that empathises with the customers we work with, someone who is passionate about changing the way hotels are being run.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Coordinate with business and tech stakeholders to drive a product from inception to live
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for the product success
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
  • Understand product strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
  • Suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through the use of effective communication
  • Support the team to work towards long-term ambitious goals, while identifying intermediate milestone goals

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • A strong track record of managing the full life cycle of a technical product – from ideation to ship to continuous refinement of software and/or hardware products – as a PM or entrepreneur
  • 5+ years experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner
  • Experience as a product manager working with different sets of clients
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Experience in Product strategy and leading a team of Product Managers

We’re looking for someone that empathises with the customers we work with, someone who understands that it’s a really tough time now for travel and wants to do something to help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales funnel from first contact until closure (yes, we’re a small team so you bao ga liao)
  • Working together with company leadership on sales strategy, pricing and launching new products (table top exercises that transform into swift action)
  • Collaborate closely with the team leads of other functional teams to improve cross-team workflows (so we don’t promise things that will piss our product teams off!)

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • A minimum 3-5 years of hotel software sales experience or a minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality industry experience (or you’re just incredibly good at talking).
  • Good relationships with prominent hotel chains and potential hires in key markets (relationships do matter in our industry)
  • Successful sales track record and excellent negotiation skills (don’t worry there won’t be “sell me this pencil” type of questions during the interview)
  • Basic knowledge of Software application, infrastructure and systems (the term “3-tiered architecture” actually means something to you)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics of hotel structure (you know what’s the difference in job scope of the Director of Rooms and the Front Desk Manager)
  • A commitment to excellent customer service (after closing you’re not gonna abandon the customer)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (when you heard the word “umbrage” you actually knew what it meant)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers 
  • Able to work comfortably with a team in a fast-paced environment (things change so quickly, you better believe it)
