How it Works

1. Guest Registration

Guest receives an email with a check-in link for registration. Information from this stage is automatically recorded onto the Hotel’s PMS.

Guest uploads images, such as passport and identity card, as part of the mobile check-in process, as required by the hotel.

2. Pre-Authorise Credit Cards

Guest will input credit card details to pre-authorize their credit card. The registration and credit card pre-authorization may be completed at any given moment prior to their arrival.

3. Identity Verification

Guest verifies physical presence by connecting to the Wi-Fi at the hotel and facial recognition through liveness detection technology on their phones. Check-in is complete!
